These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website jll16.club and all related services, games, and features offered by jll16 ("jll16," "we," "us," or "our"). jll16 is an online gaming platform operating under a valid authorization issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), serving registered players within the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account on jll16.club, accessing any game or service on the platform, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. • You are legally permitted to use online gaming services under all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You are not acting as an agent for any undisclosed principal, and no other person has a financial interest in your jll16 account.

jll16 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may register only one (1) jll16 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. jll16 will use your registered mobile number as the primary channel for account security, including SMS two-factor authentication (2FA).

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, jll16 is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit at least one valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable documents include:

• PhilSys National ID (Philippine Identification System Card)
• Philippine Passport
• SSS, GSIS, or UMID Card
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Postal ID (Philippine Postal Corporation)

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll16 login credentials. jll16 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jll16 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization.

jll16 accepts deposits exclusively via payment methods that are linked to a verified Philippine identity. Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

4.1 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly upon successful authorization by the payment provider. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. jll16 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to other persons is prohibited.
• jll16 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method that cannot be traced to a verified Philippine identity.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the jll16 cashier and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• jll16 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above defined thresholds in compliance with AMLA requirements.

jll16 is committed to processing withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Our target processing time for GCash withdrawals is one (1) to two (2) hours from the time a verified request is submitted, subject to the conditions outlined below.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your jll16 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name on your verified KYC documents.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing fees (if any) are displayed in the jll16 cashier at the time of request.

5.2 Withdrawal Refusal

jll16 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The specific terms, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games for each bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all jll16 promotions are set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified, all jll16 bonus funds and associated free spins expire seven (7) calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

jll16's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jll16 shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your jll16 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jll16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to jll16, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account holder has been identified as a problem gambler or self-excluded from gambling by PAGCOR or another recognized authority.

Upon closure of a verified account in good standing, jll16 will return any available real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings under active wagering requirements are not returned upon voluntary or involuntary account closure.

You may request the voluntary closure of your jll16 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of verification.

jll16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). jll16 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other regulatory authorities where required by law.

jll16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jll16 will notify registered players by posting a notice on jll16.club and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Changes to these Terms take effect immediately upon posting unless a specific effective date is stated. Your continued use of jll16.club after the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using jll16 and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact jll16 support and provide a written description of your complaint, giving jll16 a reasonable opportunity — no less than 30 calendar days — to resolve the issue informally.

15.2 PAGCOR Regulatory Recourse

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jll16 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. Players who are unsatisfied with jll16's resolution of a complaint may refer the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to the above, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally or through PAGCOR's regulatory process.
